I will be your online mentor by providing you with workout programs and assessing your diet. I will monitor your progress via pictures, video upload and phone conversations. I will also provide personal instruction videos on different lifting techniques. I will be available to you by email or phone seven days a week.
Rate: Determined by individual need.
FITNESS COACH
For Beginners.
Is your son or daughter a high school athlete who wants to start lifting weights or are you a newbie to the gym? A solid foundation is essential. I will teach you proper lifting principles & techniques to prevent injury and optimize muscle development.
Rate:$200 (Usually 4 hours over a few days)

1-ON-1 Hardcore Training
For anyone who can handle it.
My hardcore personal training will push you to your limits. If you want to bulk up and build muscle, I am the trainer for you. My motto is "if you give me 110% I will give you 110% worth of results". If you don't want to give 110% then you should find another trainer. I am not going to tone you up, I am going to get you big and strong.
Rate: $55 per workout**
**Unlike most personal trainers I do not charge by the hour or half hour, I charge by the workout. Everyone is different and every workout is different. A high intensity legs workout could take 20 minutes for one person or up to two hours for another.
